Street Kerb Edging System

Windust Hydraulics supplied the electro-hydraulic control system for the side mounted arm on this truck-mounted kerb edging and vacuum system. 

Using Walvoil components including a MDN231 electronic joystick, CED400 electronic control unit and a three section DPC130 electro-proportional directional control valve, the system allows for custom configuration. Customer preferences can be fine-tuned via laptop programming including response time, movement rates for each individual function. 

Installation was clean and compact. The Walvoil readymade wiring harness integrating nicely into the truck. Joystick mounting on the left door allows unobstructed cab access with convenient control placement.
